Section 47
Repeal and Rescue

(1) The Environment Protection Act, 2053 is repealed.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the Environment Protection Act, 2053 shall be deemed to be taken in accordance with this Act.
(3) According to the Environment Protection Act, 2053, if any petition or complaint is pending before any agency or official, such complaint or petition shall be decided in accordance with the said Act.
